Jonathan M. Schneps, is a graduate of Boston College Law School. He brings more than three decades of business law experience to his position as an Of Counsel attorney at K&C. During his career, Mr. Schneps has structured and closed virtually every type of complex corporate, real estate and financing transaction for a variety of businesses, government agencies, not-for-profit institutions and high net worth individuals. He also assists our clients in the formation of specialized design and construction entities including Women’s Business Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises and Design Professional Corporations. Unlike most transactional lawyers, Mr. Schneps has sophisticated expertise and broad experience in both the corporate and real estate fields. He also has a strong background in financing and banking matters having advised lenders on a wide range of regulatory, compliance and financing issues. He has a record of achievement enforcing the rights of health insurance beneficiaries and actively participates in several charitable causes.
