Patricia A. Rooney

Patricia A Rooney, a member of the Construction and Commercial Arbitration Panels of the American Arbitration Association, is a well-respected litigator and appellate attorney with extensive experience in construction and surety law who has been with K&C since 2003.  A 1999 graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Ms. Rooney was Valedictorian of her class and Research Editor of the Law Review. Presently the Co-Chairperson of the New York State Bar Association’s Construction and Surety Law Division and the Editor of Deconstruction, the Division’s Newsletter, Ms. Rooney also serves on the Executive Committee of the NYSBA’s Tort, Insurance and Compensation Law Section and is a member of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section and Dispute Resolution Section. Ms. Rooney also has experience in the Trust and Estates area and is a member of the NYSBA’s Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law and Special Needs Section.
