In conjunction with our extensive background in litigation, K&C provides services to a variety of insurance companies. K&C works directly with insurance companies and their clients to handle a variety of disputes from simple conflicts to complex litigation involving construction, personal injury, Labor Law and professional liability disputes. Partners David Kosakoff and Annalee J. Cataldo lead the Firm's Insurance Defense Department. Mr. Kosakoff has more than 30 years experience handling a wide range of general liability and professional liability claims through insurance companies. His extensive trial experience is a testament to the confidence that insurance carriers place in his ability. That confidence has been rewarded by favorable results at both the trial and appellate levels.

 

The Department is bolstered by the presence of Ms. Cataldo who has worked extensively in the insurance defense field since graduating from law school over 30 years ago. She has tried several cases to verdict with positive results.
